Here's a solitary wolf...usually pretty social but this time he's a loner...kinda like the times...

Up next a Fox

So I photographed this fox in Montana and have painted him a few times and thought I would paint him again. Every time I revisit and paint this fox I learn something new.  Like: The red fox is not always red, but a variety of shades from cream to almost black.

So here he is a ''Reynard".....male fox

I'm going to call this one finished...Colors swirl with movement.  Where is she headed? Is it her den?

It's done.  After careful consideration and pondering suggestions this painting is done.
Now to name it...hmmm. Maybe "Grace Strength and Love"

Struggling with understanding, grief and what to do..A good friend passed yesterday.
Thought I might complete this painting but there's still some more I want to do. The more I do the more I do. Surely there must be some sign of the end...
